This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The purpose of this requirement is to provide parking services consisting of valet parking, self-parking and stacked parking to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Division of Amenities and Transportation Services (DATS), Office of Research Services (ORS).
