This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offerors shall submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing to Terita Stevenson, Contract Specialist (stevenst@od.nih.gov). Questions must be in writing and are due by December 15, 2020. (ii) The solicitation number is RFP # 75N98021R00001 and the solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This is a single award, IDIQ, fixed price, performance-based contract. (iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-04 January 15, 2020. (iv) The associated NAICS code is 561210 and small business size standard is 41.5 M. (v) SECTION B - SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICES/COSTS ARTICLE B.1. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES OR SERVICES The intent of this contract is to secure a vendor that will provide the full range of services needed and original approaches for conducting performance management and surveillance of the contract security guard services at various locations throughout the National Institutes of Health (NIH), on and off campus in the local area (Washington-Baltimore). This surveillance will determine whether security Guard Force contract performance requirements are in compliance with their contract Performance Requirements Summary/Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan. Your proposal shall be submitted Ms. Terita Stevenson @ stevenst@od.nih.gov by no later than 1:00 PM, EST on January 8, 2020.
