This is a notice issued on behalf of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of the Director (OD) by the Office of Logistics and Acquisition Operations (OLAO), Office of Acquisitions, NIH, DHHS, UNITED STATES. OLAO intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS for this requirement is 332999 - All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing with a size standard of $16.5M. Attached are the specifications for products to be acquired from a company named Lab Products Inc. No other responsible source has been found that has the reach that OD requires. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Responses must reference 75N98021Q00044 and include the following: (1) Name and Address of the vendor, (2) Size and type of business (3) Point of contact with name, title, phone, fax and email, (4) DUNS number, (5) Written Capability Statement (no more than 15 pages) addressing the specifications in the attachment, BG0817-17 specs.pdf. (6) List of organizations to whom the same or similar types of products or services have been previously provided to include contract number, dollar value, name, and the phone number of the Contracting Officer, ALL INFORMATION SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT MUST BE RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE OF July 30, 2021, 3:00 PM (EST).
