The services to be provided include: Commercially available conference and meeting support services Overnight lodging accommodations Audio/Visual Equipment and services NIH is seeking price quotations to be in effect for the calendar years 2022 and 2023 from Hotels and Conference Facilities able to meet the requirements as stated in the attached documents including: statement of work, provisions and clauses, and associated terms and conditions. Update 06/02/2021: The schedule for pre-bid presentations document titled "AMENDMENT 1 TO RFQ-PRE-BID PRESENTATION SCHEDULE mod 1" has been updated to reflect the specific time zones for each meeting. The Executive Order, Guidance, and FAR Deviation clause documents are attached. All potential BPA holders responding to the SREA Peer Review hotel requirement shall agree to comply with EO 14042 in order to participate.
