The purpose of this requirement is for the acquisition of operations, maintenance, and modernization of ClinicalTrials.gov. Services include complex professional specialized expertise, some of which is Information Technology (IT) services. NLM is responsible for the legislatively mandated ClinicalTrials.gov information resource which, in part, is supported by this effort. The objective of this effort is to establish a new task order to ensure continuity of mission critical services and support diverse tasks aligned with new and expanding Congressional mandates, changing policies and information technologies, expanding NIH research programs, and NLM's role in the NIH community until the modernization of the ClinicalTrials.gov is complete.
