Offsite Archival Collection Storage ** This is a Small Business Sources Sought Synopsis. The NAICS code for this Small Business Sources Sought notice is: NAICS Code: 493110 - General Warehousing and Storage** The National Library of Medicine is issuing this small business sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for Offsite Archival Collection Storage. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 493110. There is no solicitation at this time. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition, and multiple awards may be made. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. All responsible and interested parties must respond to the questions listed in the attached Sources Sought Notice. In addition to responding to the questions in the attached Sources Sought Notice, responsible sources must submit a capability statement that displays the following: (a) Microsoft Word or PDF file in 12-point font; (b) DUNS number, organization name, address, point of contact, and size and type of business (e.g., 8(a), HUBZone, etc) pursuant to the applicable NAICS code); (c) Technical and administrative points of contact, including names, titles, addresses, telephone and fax numbers, and e-mail addresses; (d) Staff expertise, including their availability, experience, and formal and other training; (e) Current in-house capability and capacity to perform the work; (f) Prior completed projects of similar nature; (g) Corporate experience and management capability; and (h) Examples of prior completed Government contracts, references, and other related information. January 9, 2023 to the primary point of contact, Cameron Earle at Cameron.earle@nih.gov. The email subject line must be titled ¿Sources Sought Response - Offsite Archival Collection Storage.¿ Submissions to any other person other than those listed above may not be considered. Submissions after this date may not be considered.
