The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS), Research Triangle Park, NC intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Molecular Devices LLC, 3860 N 1st Street, San Jose, CA 95134. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of 41 United States Code (U.S.C.) 1901 as set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)- Only One Responsible Source This purchase is for: This yearly service contract includes a yearly preventative maintenance visit to conduct performance testing and system evaluation. In addition, all costs associated with parts, labor and travel required to repair of service the equipment is included. Molecular Devices and no other source of suppliers can provide genuine Molecular Devices service.
