The National Institute of Environmental Health Services, 111 TW Alexander Drive, Durham, NC 27709 is seeking to purchase Developmental Editing Services. The basic service objective is to perform developmental editing services for the scientific journals EHP and JHP. The developmental editing is expected to enhance the readability of the selected manuscripts, such that the consistency of style, formatting, language usage, and logical flow of the paper is improved, ideally to a status that would allow for a comprehensive peer review. As JHP focuses on publishing authors from low- and middle-income countries, which may not have the same research infrastructure and/or English-language proficiency as high-income countries, the developmental editing for this journal will also need to facilitate fluent English language.
