This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541380, with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million. The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) Division of the National Toxicology Program (DNTP) is seeking a service to explore effects of environmental compounds with unknown developmental neurotoxicity potential in the human neurosphere assay (NSA). The anticipated contract type is a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with fixed priced task orders. The contractor shall be paid by the Government in an amount not less than a total of $5,000.00. The maximum dollar amount that may potentially be awarded over the five (5) year duration of the contract is $1,200,000.00.
