This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) Division of the National Toxicology Program (DNTP) is seeking a service to evaluate the neurodevelopmental effects of 115 environmental compounds using two (2) neurodevelopmental endpoints in the human neural crest cell (NCC) migration assay: 1) NCC migration; 2) Viability of migrating NCCs.
