This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commerical Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in conjunction with FAR Subpart 13.5. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small-Business Set-Aside and the Government contemplates an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract will result from this RFQ.
