The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS), Research Triangle Park, NC intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with The Whitestone Group, Inc., 4100 Regent Street Suite C, Columbus, OH 43219. This is a 4 months contract for Armed Security Officers Services, under the General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule 84-SIN-246-54 Multiple Award contract. This acquisition is conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6(1)(b)- An urgent and compelling need exists, and following the procedures would result in unacceptable delays; This purchase is for: National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS), Office of Acquisitions (OA) has a requirement for Armed Security Officer (ASO) services at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, management, supervision, training, licenses and permits to provide the services.
