This is a non-competitive combined synopsis/solicitation. The Genomic Toxicology Laboratory of the Tox21 Group is responsible for the evaluation of the toxic effects of environmental toxicants as well as pharmaceuticals and its constituent components on a model human vascular endothelial cell system. The laboratory is using a variety of methods to assess potential biomarkers of toxicity as well as searching for genetic hallmarks of exposure. The Contractor shall sequence 156 RNA samples in batches collected by NCATS to ascertain time and dose dependant changes in toxicant treatment. The Contractor shall QC and process these samples in a rapid timeframe. See the attached non-competitive combined synopsis/solicitation for full details.
