NIH/NCATS has purchased Prism in the past, which allow the scientist to take raw data to a graph (or layout) ready for presentations, posters or publications. In the growing demand NCATS DPI realized the department required a robust software that allows the organization flexibility. Prism offers tests, nonparametric comparisons, one and two-way ANOVA, analyst of contingency tables, and survival analysis. Prism will allow NCATS scientist to place data for multiple data sets side-by-side on an organized data table and is now used much more broadly by all kinds of biologists, as well as social and physical scientists. More than 200,000 scientists in over 110 countries rely on Prism to analyze, graph and present their scientific data. Statement of Objective The purpose of this acquisition is to purchase 100 licenses of Prism for everyday use by NCATS scientist in data analysis. Scope of Work The vendor shall provide a scientific data analysis software that can complete the following tasks: Calculate min, max, quartiles, mean, SD, SEM, CI, CV Calculate slope and intercept with confidence intervals. Calculate and graph residuals. Identify outliers using Grubbs or ROUT method Report the covariance matrix or set of dependencies Deliverables / Reporting Requirements: Vendor shall deliver software license within two (2) weeks upon award Period of Performance 3/21/2021 – 3/20/2022 Section 508 Electronic and Information Technology Standards Is not applicable.
