Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to submitted questions and replace Attachment 1 – Statement of Work. Attachment 1 - SOW, is revised as follows: Scope of Work, General Requirements, Base, the following language is added to specify the rodent PK studies “2 mice and 2 rats.” Also, Scope of Work, Specific Requirements, 1B, 5th bullet states “and 5ng/mL for brain.” is deleted from the SOW.
