The National Institute on Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) plans to solicit proposals under total 8(a) set-aside procedures from qualified 8(a) organizations having the capability to provide services to NINDS involving logistical support for scientific conferences workshops, meetings, Data and Safety Monitoring Boards (DSMBs) and other NINDS hosted, sponsored, or co-sponsored events. The procurment requires the following tasks: (1)Pre-Planning and Logistical Support Services ; (2)Management of Subcontracts; (3)Post Planning and Event Close-Out Activities; (4)Quality Control; (5)Websites, Registration and Meeting Content Management and Maintenance; (6)Training; (7)Personnel Requirements A detailed explanation of the requirements for each task will be provided in the SOW at the time of solicitation. This is a re-competition to Contract Number 75N95019C00023 titled “Logistical Meeting/Conference Support for the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS).” NIDA anticipates the award of a single cost plus fixed fee contract for a period of performance of one base year plus four option years. NOTICE RFP No. 75N95024R00068RFP will be available electronically on or about 15 days from the date of this posting. You can access the RFP through the sam.gov. All information required for the submission of a proposal will be contained in or accessible through the RFP package. Responses to the RFP will be due 30 days from the release date. NIDA anticipates an award on or before June 6, 2024. NIDA will only consider proposals submitted by responsible offerors who are register 8(a) under NAICS 541611. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons or organizations may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This advertisement does not commit the Government to award a contract.
