This is a SMALL BUSINESS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. This is NOT a solicitation, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding: (1) the availability and capability of qualified business sources; (2) the availability of capable Small Businesses (e.g., 8(a), Veteran-owned small businesses, service-disabled Veteran-owned small businesses, Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) small businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB), women-owned small businesses, and other small businesses) to fulfill the needs of NIH and NIDA for this future requirement.
