The Intramural Research Program of the National Institute on Drug Abuse has the need to renew an institute-wide license for the MATLAB software and its assorted licensed libraries (AKA ‘toolboxes’) from MathWorks, including Simulink. This software will be used for a variety of purposes including (but not limited to) data analysis, machine learning and data acquisition. This software must be purchased from MathWorks, as MATLAB is the only software 100% capable of running code written in the MATLAB language.
