Technical and past performance, when combined, are significantly more important than price. Description: The Contractor shall provide the NIA with Generation of 2 custom antibody-drug conjugates. Salient characteristics: Generation of 2 custom ADCs (antibody vc-MMAE conjugate). Delivery within 10 weeks of generation initiation, barring any unforeseen circumstances. Antibody for conjugation supplied by the vendor. Minimum quantity of 50 mg per antibody-conjugate. Antibodies should be delivered in physiological buffer with a defined concentration. Aggregation should be <10% and unconjugated antibody <10%. ADC developed for research use only, with the capability of being injected into mice for research purposes as well as in vitro usage.
