This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is 75N95024Q00219 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2024-03, with effective date February 23, 2024. (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Technical and past performance, when combined, are significantly more important than price. The purchase is a replacement for instrumentation used for analysis of gait for mice in ongoing longitudinal studies. Gait analysis of aging mice is an important predictor of morbidity and mortality. These analyses are an integral part of ongoing studies designed to identify factors associated with aging. Description: The Contractor shall provide the Government with the following: 303030-RM-2D-MotoRater Mouse / Rat with 2 dongles Kinematic Analysis System. Complete innovative system for standardized quantitative and qualitative evaluation of rodent locomotor function and coordination. The modular system allows for investigations of kinematic parameters of different types of locomotion.
