This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is 75N95024Q00079 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The anticipated award date is January 31, 2023. This acquisition is for a commercial item or service and is conducted under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13—Simplified Acquisition Procedures; and FAR Part 12—Acquisition of Commercial Items and is expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2023-04, with effective date 06/02/2023. (iv) The associated NAICS code is 541519 – Information Technology Value Added Resellers and the small business size standard is 150 employees. This requirement is a set-aside to small business. National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) is one of 27 Institutes and Centers at the NIH and its mission is to catalyze the generation of innovative methods and technologies that will enhance the development, testing and implementation of diagnostics and therapeutics across a wide range of human diseases and conditions. Jamf is the leading provider of Apple device management solutions, offers a platform that can significantly enhance NCATS’ productivity, security, and user experience. Jamf provides enhancements that include streamlined deployment and onboarding, automated software updates, self-service options, and robust security. Jamf is widely used with most IC’s at NIH,and includes premium support and training to help with the migration from our current system. (vi) The Purchase Description (PD) with a description of the products to be acquired is included as an attachment to this Solicitation. NCATS has the need to order the Jamf Pro Mobile Device Management Service. With other IC’s using Jamf Pro as the standard throughout NIH, we are looking to adopt this service as our main Mac computer device management tool. (vii) Within thirty (30) days after receipt of order (ARO). The Contractor may propose alternative delivery dates for items if necessary. (As Applicable) Delivery shall be FOB Destination. The Contractor shall provide all warranty, shipping, and handling. The equipment shall be delivered between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Rockville, MD local prevailing time, Monday through Friday, except federal holidays.
