Inactive SBA Certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program Sole Source (FAR 19.15)

This is a Women-Owned Small Business set-aside for organizational development, coaching, and training support services for the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS). The performance period is a 12-month base period anticipated to run from January 4, 2024, through January 3, 2025, with an estimated level of effort of 1,200 hours. The Government will award a labor-hour contract and will evaluate offers based on technical approach, personnel qualifications, and prior demonstrated experience. Proposals must include detailed pricing and evidence of capability, and all offerors must be actively registered in SAM.gov.
