This synopsis is to make available a notice of proposed contract action as required by FAR 5.201. The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), Office of Acquisition (OA), on behalf of the National Institute on Aging (NIA) requires support services for the Successful Trajectories of Aging: Reserve and Resilience in Rats (STARRRS) project. Specifically, the objective of this contract is to establish a central entity, the Coordination Center & Digital Data Resource (CCDDR). The CCDDR shall coordinate activities to receive, store, distribute, and increase awareness of STARRRS resources. This requires development, management, and maintenance of a comprehensive databank and access to the databank through a website. This will be a negotiated procurement for non-commercial services in accordance with FAR Part 15 and will be competed under a total small business set aside and will result in a single award. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541512 - Computer Systems Design Services, and the business size standard for this industry is $30M. The RFP, 75N95023R00022, and all attachments necessary to prepare a proposal will be available on SAM.gov on or about February 15, 2023, with a tentative closing date 30 days later.
