The purpose of this requirement is to acquire a brand name or equal Agilent Seahorse XF Pro Complete w/Normalization. This requirement will support the research at the Synaptic Function Section (SFS) of the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) Division of Intramural Research (DIR). The SFS’ previous XF analyzer was damaged in flooding to NIH Building 35 on December 24-25, 2022. Replacing the damaged analyzer with a new system is the best interest of the Government for continuation of science, resuming SFS’ ongoing and long-term research activities, and for training postdoc fellows and graduate students.
