Background Information and Objective: The Keyence All-in-one microscope will allow complete imaging of tissue microarrays mounted on slides, multi-well experiments assessing the role of translational senescence in a multitude of cells including primary fluorescent cells from mice as well as cell lines such as hVSMCs, Wl38, IMR90, human muscle fibroblast and others. This imaging needs to be analyzed with both the hybrid and macro cell counting software, with the option of lenses ranging from 4X, 10X, 20X and 40X. Filters needed for the fluorescence to be measured include DAPI, GFP, Texas Red, and Cy5.
