THIS IS A NON-COMPETITIVE (NOTICE OF INTENT) COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT OR PURCHASE ORDER WITHOUT PROVIDING FOR FULL OR OPEN COMPETITION (INCLUDING BRAND-NAME). The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), Office of Acquisition (OA), on behalf of the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS), intends to negotiate and award a purchase order without providing for full and open competition (including brand-name) to SP Industries, Inc., 935 Mearns Road, Warminster, PA 18974. The Government requires a brand-name only SP VirTis AdVantage Pro Freeze Dryer with Intellitronics Controller Glass product chamber/condenser door for increased solvent resistance. This will replace the same make/model currently in the lab and must integrate with the in-house custom SMART Centralized Purification and Processing Platform.
