The National Institute on Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) is a part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and conducts research into the causes, treatment, and prevention of neurological disorders and stroke. The NINDS is conducting a large-scale, single cell, RNA study, and requires chromium single cell sequencing kits and a library construction kit for sequencing of single cells plus enriched immune cell profiles to explore the T cell receptor, B cell receptor, and transcriptional changes associated with HIV disease status.
