The purpose of this solicitation is to procure 10X Genomics Chromium Single Cell Gene Sequencing and Library Construction Kits, on a brand name or equal basis, for use by the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke’s (NINDS) Viral Immunology Section. The NINDS Viral Immunology Section will use the kits to conduct single-cell RNA sequencing and immune profiling, as well as explore the T cell receptor, B cell receptor, and transcriptional changes associated with HIV disease status.
