The National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) Division of Preclinical Innovation (DPI) is seeking to acquire an Annual Maintenance Agreement for preventive maintenance visits, adjustments and service calls associated with an existing ImageXpress Micro Confocal instrument. This instrument requires a maintenance agreement from the original vendor to support NCATS' existing high throughput microplate-based automated imaging system that is used to monitor and record cellular-level biological activities or changes in intact, living cells. These dispensers are incorporated into a robotic system used to facilitate high throughput screening. Additional information is available in the attached combined synopsis/solicitation.
