This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to update and analyze an established Alcohol Use Disorder patient registry using Kaiser Permanente Northern California's proprietary electronic health record data. The work involves leveraging this unique, longitudinal dataset to study the onset, treatment, and long-term outcomes of alcohol problems. While it is a sole source plan, the government will consider capability statements from other responsible sources demonstrating they can fulfill the requirement. Interested parties must submit their capability statements by 3:00 PM EST on April 17, 2026. The performance of services will utilize data from the Kaiser Permanente Northern California integrated health care system.
