This is a firm fixed-price requirement to supply and deliver approximately 5,620 liters of high-purity liquid helium annually to multiple laboratories at the NIH main campus in Bethesda, MD. The services involve weekly deliveries of liquid helium in specific 60- and 100-liter dewars that meet strict technical and safety specifications for use with NMR and MRI research equipment. The period of performance is from February 25, 2026, to February 24, 2027. Award will be based on a combination of technical factors and price, with technical acceptability being more important than cost.
