Interested parties may submit quotations/proposals in response to this notice, which if received by the response date, shall be considered by the agency. Responses to this notice shall contain sufficient information to establish the interested parties’ capabilities for fulfilling the requirement. All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov.
