The scope of this contract is to support the SEED office mission of optimizing the growth and business acumen of NIH program staff and funded innovators by: providing EiRs possessing professional expertise in business and product development activities and providing analytical staff to support functions of the SEED office related to entrepreneurial education, investor/partner engagement, and outreach activities (optional) developing contractual agreements with specific life science event organizers to enable the connection of NIH innovators to the investors and strategic partners required for their continued product and service development.
