This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is 75N94023Q00013 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 325414 and the business size standard is 1250. This solicitation is set aside for small business. It is the intent of The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute on Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) to award a purchase order, without providing for full and open competition, to 10x Genomics for the purchase of a Chromium Next GEM Single Cell 3’ Library & Gel Bead Kit v3.1, 16 rxns, This is a Notice of Intent to receive the product from 10x Genomics because they are consumables to be used with equipment from 10x Genomics currently in use in the lab. The products must remain consistent to limit variables in the experiment. The offeror must include a completed copy of the following provision’s along with their quote: FAR Clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items; FAR Clause 52.204-24, Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunication and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment; FAR Clause 52.204-25, Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment.
