The purpose of this procurement is for NHGRI to support a contractor that will work with students and faculty at “Target Institutions”, such as Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs), Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCUs), and Community Colleges (CCs), to develop and facilitate access to instructional materials for genomic data science, cloud computing and related topics. Through this renewal of the GDSCN contract, National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI) seeks to continue the foundational work of the first two years and expand the scope of activities to reflect the lessons learned during the initial period of performance.
