The purpose of this procurement is to procure a service contract for axio microscope systems in the Core are very sophisticated pieces of equipment that enables investigators to make observations that cannot be made by conventional fluorescence microscopy (i.e. transfection efficiencies; IHC & IF; SKY; FISH). It is very important to maximize the use of these expensive piece of equipment as the number of investigators who use them have increased steadily.The purpose of this procurement is to procure a service contract for axio microscope systems in the Core are very sophisticated pieces of equipment that enables investigators to make observations that cannot be made by conventional fluorescence microscopy (i.e. transfection efficiencies; IHC & IF; SKY; FISH). It is very important to maximize the use of these expensive piece of equipment as the number of investigators who use them have increased steadily. This will be a base year plus four options.
