This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued Introduction: The Office of the Clinical Director is responsible for supporting and executing research and administrative aspects of NIAMS Intramural clinical research initiatives and for advising staff on regulatory issues related to clinical trials. The Office of the Clinical Director implements and monitors a comprehensive clinical research program designed to provide investigators resources for the efficient implementation of clinical research. Due to the nature of clinical research at the Office of the Clinical Director, there is the need for a Senior Clinical Data/Protocol Manager with an expertise in the field of human subject research to assist with the clinical data management related to IND clinical trials, clinical research protocols related to inflammatory diseases in children, arthritis, musculoskeletal, and skin diseases.
