This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is designed to support the Center for Cancer Genomics’ (CCG) large-scale generation of high-throughput genomic data. Under this SSN, the NCI is soliciting proposals for Genome Characterization Centers (GCCs) that must be capable of completing comprehensive genomic characterizations of different tumor types in a timely manner and with high quality standards. Prior contribution to large scale genomics projects such as The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) Project is not required, and all qualified institutions and individuals are encouraged to apply to this SSN.
