The National Cancer Institute (NCI) requests information to be used to inform the procurement strategy for scientific and technical support services related to the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) program. This notice is for market research only to help identify interested organizations capable of meeting the needs of the NCI for this requirement. This notice will help the NCI determine the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. How to Submit a Response: Interested organizations should review the attached documentation included in this notice and submit a response to the Contract Specialist, Renee Jones-Chuang, at renee.jones-chuang@nih.gov. Please reference 75N91022R00020 on all correspondence. Each response should include, at a minimum, the following information: Organization name. Organization address. Organization point-of-contact name, phone number, and e-mail address. Organization website URL Organization DUNs or Unique Entity ID Business Size designation (e.g. small buisness, 8(a), WOSB) Responding organizations are also encouraged to submit informal pricing and/or any questions or relevant information pertaining to this requirement. All information furnished and any questions must be in writing. Responding organizations shall not include any proprietary, sensitive, or confidential information in their response. Additional Information: The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. Although "proposal" and "offeror" may be used in this RFI, responses will be treated as informational only. No responses will be treated as a proposal, quote, or formal offer. The responses to this RFI may guide the NCI in awarding future contracts at an undetermined time. There is no solicitation available at this time; no basis for claims against the NCI shall arise as a result of this RFI, the responses thereto, or the NCI's use of information provided for this RFI as either part of an evaluation process or in developing specifications for any subsequent requirement. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Any organization responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the organization’s capability. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. After a review of the responses received, a RFQ may be published. However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation(s).
