NOTICE DESCRIPTION & RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. Please see the attached Request for Quotation for full details, including detailed submission instructions. Quotations must be submitted electronically via e-mail to the Contract Specialist, Renee Jones-Chuang at renee.jones-chuang@nih.gov no later than the deadline posted in the notice. Quotations submitted via other methods (e.g., facsimile, postal mail) or to any other party will not be considered. Please reference the RFQ ID number, 75N91022Q00147 in all correspondence. Questions must be submitted electronically via e-mail to the Contract Specialist, Renee Jones-Chuang, at renee.jones-chuang@nih.gov no later than 1:00 PM EST on August 10, 2022. Questions may be submitted in MS Word, Adobe PDF, or within the body text of the e-mail. Questions submitted after this deadline may be answered at the Government's sole discretion. Please be advised that the Government may transmit any questions and answers of a common interest to all prospective contractors or post the responses to such questions on the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE), www.sam.gov.
