The Radiation Epidemiology Branch (REB), Division of Cancer Epidemiology and Genetics (DCEG), National Cancer Institute (NCI), plans to procure on a sole source basis, data acquisition and management services to provide training, technical assistance, and supervisory management to operate a coordinating center for the collection of radiological treatment data for eligible pediatric cancer patients treated with proton or photon therapy at participating hospital centers. This acquisition will be processed in accordance with simplified acquisition procedures as stated in FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1) via request for written quotation. The North American Industry Classification System code is 541990 and the business size standard is $16.5M. Only one (1) award will be made as a result of this solicitation. This will be awarded as a firm fixed price type contract. The Period of Performance is estimated to be twenty-four (24) months from the effective date stated in the award, with one twelve (12) month Base Period and one twelve (12) month Option Period Please see attached for additional details and information.
