These services will assist NCI in improving data/image capture capabilities, reporting effects of each RBB system, and determining best approaches for ongoing research efforts. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and shall be processed in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, 75N91021Q00189, is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and includes all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAR Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-05 (07-12-2021). The North American Industry Classification System code is 541690 and the business size standard is $16.5 million. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
