COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION Title: Brand Name or Equal Cytek Biosciences NL 2000 Flow Cytometer Solicitation No.: 75N91021Q00011 Posted Date: January 27th, 2021 Response Date: February 5th, 2021 DESCRIPTION The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Cancer Institute (NCI), Center for Cancer Research (CCR), Genetics Branch / Leukemia Biology Section, has a need for one (1) Brand Name or Equal Cytek Biosciences Northern Lights (NL) 2000 Flow Cytometer. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, policies and procedures for commercial items as described in and shall be processed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.6, and supplemented with simplified procedures as prescribed in FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be provided in relation to the stated need contained herein. This solicitation is a request for quote (RFQ) and includes applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAR Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-04 (1-19-2021). This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside, under North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 334516 (Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing) for which the small business size standard is 1,000 or fewer employees. One Firm-Fixed-Priced award is anticipated to be made in relation to this solicitation.
