Ca-hub occupied the space on April 16th, 2010 and OSFM originally obtained 48 non-reserved and 2 reserved parking spaces through parking cards for the employees who moved to 11400 Rockville Pike. The number of parking cards are now 84 non-reserved spaces and it changes on a monthly basis because 11400 Rockville Pike is serving as a swing facility for NCI programs that are having their office spaces renovated. The original price per parking card was $75 in 2012, and that amount increased to $85 per parking card in 2014. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide parking cards for NCI employees temporarily relocating to 11400 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20852, also known as North Bethesda Place II. The contractor shall provide NCI with parking cards that will allow NCI staff to enter and to exit the parking garage at 5515 Security Lane. The contractor shall also grant the COR the ability to activate and deactivate the cards at their discretion o. The contractor shall provide timely service for any equipment failure which inhibits NCI staff from entering or exiting the garage at 5515 Security Lane. The base period of performance shall be for a twelve (12) months base period with four (4) 12-month option periods. Base Period: July 11, 2020 through July 10, 2021 Option Period One: July 11, 2021 through July 10, 2022 Option Period Two: July 11, 2022 through July 10, 2023 Option Period Three: July 11, 2023 through July 10, 2024 Option Period Four: July 11, 2024 through July 10, 2025 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE 5515 Security Lane Rockville, MD 20852-5002 Only one award will be made as a result of this solicitation. This will be awarded as a Severable Firm-Fixed Price type contract with four option periods. It has been determined there are no opportunities to acquire green products or services for this procurement. Atlantic Service Group is the sole owner of the only garage available for parking for NCI staff at 11400 Rockville Pike. This notice is not a request for competitive quotation. However, if any interested party, especially small businesses, believes it can meet the above requirement, it may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The statement of capabilities and any other information furnished must be in writing and must contain material in sufficient detail to allow NCI to determine if the party can perform the requirement. Responses must be received in the contracting office by 12:00 PM EST, on July 9, 2020. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
