The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Cancer Institute (NCI), seeks to procure one (1) brand-name or equal Beckman Coulter CytoFlex Flow Analyzer cytometer for use in the Staudt Laboratory. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and shall be processed in accordance with FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and includes all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAR Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07 (07-02-2020) Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items. The Government anticipates that only one award will be made as a result of this solicitation.
