The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Cancer Institute (NCI), Office of Acquisitions (OA) seeks to procure a brand-name or equal turbo pumping station for use in the Office of Intramural Research, Laboratory of Cell Biology (LCB). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information in this notice and processed in accordance with FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and includes all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through the FAR Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-06 (05/06/2020) Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items.
