Subject: HVAC Preventative Maintenance (PM) Services for the following Indian Health Service, Nashville Area Office locations: Mid-Atlantic Tribal Health Center in Charles City, Virginia Monacan Health Center in Madison Heights, Virginia Catawba Service Unit in Rock Hill, South Carolina Classification Product Service Code: J045 – Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment – Plumbing, Heating, and Waste Disposal Equipment Proposed NAICS Code: 238220 – Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors SBA Size Standard: $19.0 million Description This Sources Sought Notice is a means of conducting market research in accordance with FAR 5.101. The purpose of this notice is to identify potential sources who can provide HVAC Preventative Maintenance (PM) Services for three Indian Health Service (IHS), Nashville Area Office (NAO) locations. The Government is seeking input to determine the availability of vendors who meet the definition of an “Indian Economic Enterprise” (HHSAR 326.601), and also/or sources that meet the small business size standards under the associated NAICS. The result of this market research will contribute in determining the method of procurement and acquisition strategy. This notice does not commit the Government to issue a solicitation or make an award. Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide HVAC Preventative Maintenance (PM) Services. Refer to attached Statement of Work (SOW) for more detail and requirements. Estimated Duration of Requirement: Base Year plus four 12-month option years. Place of Performance: IHS Mid-Atlantic Tribal Health Center in Charles City, VA, IHS Monacan Health Center in Madison Heights, VA, and IHS Catawba Service Unit in Rock Hill, SC.
