Subject: Dental Supplies with unpacking and set-up for the Indian Health Service, Mid-Atlantic Tribal Health Center in Charles City, Virginia Classification Product Service Code: 6520 – Dental Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies Proposed NAICS Code: 339114 – Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing SBA Size Standard: 750 employees Description This Sources Sought Notice is a means of conducting market research in accordance with FAR 5.101. The purpose of this notice is to identify potential sources who can provide Dental Supplies, including unpacking and set-up, for the Indian Health Service (IHS), Nashville Area Office (NAO), Mid-Atlantic Tribal Health Center (MATHC) in Charles City, VA. The Government is seeking input to determine the availability of vendors who meet the definition of an “Indian Economic Enterprise” (HHSAR 326.601), and also/or sources that meet the small business size standards under the associated NAICS. The result of this market research will contribute in determining the method of procurement and acquisition strategy. This notice does not commit the Government to issue a solicitation or make an award. Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide Dental Supplies, including unpacking and set-up. Refer to the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Supply List/Specification Document for more detail and requirements. Estimated Duration of Requirement: The Dental Supplies are to be delivered around August 1, 2025. The new health center is expected to start seeing patients in September 2025, pending any construction delays. The contractor must delay delivery, unpacking, and setup of the dental supplies if needed, pending any construction delays. The contractor must have ALL supplies compiled and ready for delivery, unpacking, and set-up no sooner than August 1, 2025 but within 14 calendar days upon notification from the MATHC POC that the MATHC is ready for delivery. Place of Performance: IHS Mid-Atlantic Tribal Health Center in Charles City, Virginia.
