Subject: Automated Medical Dispensing Machine with Support Services for the Indian Health Service, Mid-Atlantic Tribal Health Center in Charles City, Virginia Classification Product Service Code: 6530 – Hospital Furniture, Equipment, Utensils, and Supplies Proposed NAICS Code: 339112 – Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing SBA Size Standard: 1,000 employees Description This Sources Sought Notice is a means of conducting market research in accordance with FAR 5.101. The purpose of this notice is to identify potential sources who can provide an Automated Medical Dispensing Machine with Support Services for the Indian Health Service (IHS), Nashville Area Office (NAO), Mid-Atlantic Tribal Health Center in Charles City, VA. The Government is seeking input to determine the availability of vendors who meet the definition of an “Indian Economic Enterprise” (HHSAR 326.601), and also/or sources that meet the small business size standards under the associated NAICS. The result of this market research will contribute in determining the method of procurement and acquisition strategy. This notice does not commit the Government to issue a solicitation or make an award. Description of Supplies/Services: The Contractor shall provide an Automated Medical Dispensing Machine with Support Services. Refer to attached Statement of Work (SOW) for more detail and requirements. Estimated Duration of Requirement: Equipment to be delivered within 90 days of contract award. Support Services to begin on date of delivery/installation for 12 months, plus four (4) option years. Place of Performance: IHS Mid-Atlantic Tribal Health Center in Charles City, Virginia.
