To provide online education services to support residents with a fully accredited, enhanced Virtual Learning model that aligns to our resident schedule with live, grades 6–12 virtual instruction, and provides certified teachers to lead individual or group instruction in a virtual classroom. This will allow Unity to keep resident education on-track. The scheduling of classes can vary by resident, due to different age groups that are placed at Unity. The requirement would be to have the flexibility to offer Core online courses within the North Carolina educations system curricula, on a varied/flexibleschedule.
